Our Produce
Kale
Kale is a very popular crop because of its versatility and nutritional value. It can be used in many different ways - sauteed, boiled, steamed, roasted, you name it. Many of our customers make juice with it. We grow three different varieties here at Hexhamshire Organics: Westland Winter (curly green kale), Route Krauser (curly red kale) and Red Russian (red, purple and green leaf variety). Kale is available for most of the year.
